For the 2nd consecutive time i received a case with broken jars. Completely shattered. I specifically made a note on how to package the material to avoid this. This time I cut my finger on a broken glass shard. This is either incompetence or negligence. I will be contacting you directly with a complaint with photos as well as calling. I am extremely disappointed in your service.
