Order Cutoff Time: Place orders by 3:00 PM EST for same-day processing.

Fragrance Orders:

  • Processing: 0-1 business days (Mon-Fri).
  • Delivery: 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri).

Others All Orders:

  • Processing: 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri).
  • Delivery: 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri).

We ship to all 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we send dry goods via FedEx Standard and frozen goods via FedEx Two-Day, both at an additional cost. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information for your shipment.

We can deliver to any physical address, be it residential or commercial. However, We only ship fragrances to PO Boxes via USPS Priority Mail, not other items.

When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information and another once delivered.

Temperature-controlled items, such as refrigerated or frozen products, are packed with enough dry ice to maintain the correct temperature until you receive them. Please place these items in your refrigerator or freezer immediately upon delivery. It’s important to note that dry ice evaporates during shipping, which can cause products to shift around in the packaging.

We ship from 14 national distribution centers, with Florida as our primary facility. Transit times typically range from 1-4 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that these times are estimates and may change due to product availability and holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated by dimensional weight, the weight of the package and dimensions. Shipping will be displayed in your shopping cart before you confirm the order.
